All prices shown website include shipping charges.

All shipments will be delivered within 14 working days from the date of dispatch.
In case of made-to-measure, customised or bespoke articles, a minimum period of 15-20 days will be required to get the article ready and will be dispatched post completion.

TAXES AND DUTIES
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and are borne by the customer. Please note taxes and duties are chargeable as applicable.

If the country of shipment is within India, all prices are shown inclusive of tax. All other countries are shown a price excluding taxes.

Return & Exchange Policy
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
To return or exchange a product please email us the order# with product codes to rhapsodyjaipur@gmail.com and we will help you with the process. Alternatively you can call us on +91- 7665095222 on Monday to Friday between 10am-6:00pm and Saturday between 1pm to 6pm. Your purchase should be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

REFUNDS
All successfully returned items can be exchanged for other merchandise or online store credit. In case of a product being faulty or wrongly delivered, Rhapsody will follow the policy of repair following replace and finally store credit if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

RETURNS POLICY
Made to Order/Measure/Custom/Bespoke/Sale items, Accessories and Bags do not qualify for a refund, store credit or an exchange. Customer is advised to check the ordered products and quantity in the invoice prior to accepting the package from the logistics/courier. In case of a discrepancy we request you to leave a remark with the logistics/courier company and notify us on rhapsodyjaipur@gmail.com with the discrepancy details within 24 hours of accepting the package. In case of the discrepancy found correct, Rhapsody will follow the policy of Repair following Replace and finally Store Credit if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. All other items can be returned in exchange for another item or online store credit.

Items should be returned unused and with all Rhapsody garment tags still attached to the item. Loose tags or broken tags will not be accepted for an exchange or credit note. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return along with all invoices and paperwork. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse.
In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving your cancellation notice.

Shoes
All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.

Faulty goods
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault has occurred. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Colors
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on Rhapsody as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate.
Return outside the 14 day window may be accepted at our discretion.
Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item, which is damaged, please contact us immediately. If your item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or manufacturing fault), we can offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges. For more information, please contact our Customer Care team.
Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a credit note if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
